7 years of full AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale machine learning and GenAI applications
Top 3 Must Have Skills
Production AI Engineering: Python development and building and operationalizing ML/GenAI services with strong software engineering fundamentals
Platform Mindset: Reuse-oriented development using shared components, templates, and patterns that are used by multiple teams—not one-off implementations
Operational Readiness for AI: AI monitoring, telemetry, production maintenance practices, and reliability-focused troubleshooting
Nice to Have Skills
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering technology, information systems, CISM, MIS Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience and training
Experience delivering platform capabilities for AI/ML or GenAI solutions in a regulated enterprise environment, including registry patterns, tool/agent registries, private registries, grounding patterns, retrieval, memory context budgeting, production hardening, reference implementations, accelerators that drive adoption at scale, etc.
Prior experience developing and implementing generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Llama
Exposure to cloud ML tooling and MLOps practices in enterprise environments
