  • Facilitate decision-making, resolve obstacles, and address challenges while monitoring and maintaining overall team health.
  • Comprehend and communicate complex engineering issues, ensuring they are addressed effectively.
  • Manage and balance team resources, making strategic decisions about resource allocation to drive growth and innovation.
  • Establish data-driven performance metrics to monitor key platform aspects, ensuring ongoing improvement in platform reliability, availability, and manageability.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Fintech sector and market to make well-informed strategic decisions and ensure the team has the necessary support and resources to meet roadmap objectives.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, computer science, or engineering).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within fintech or similar industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership and product management capabilities, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve results.
  • Experience in business requirement analysis, product design, user acceptance testing, user experience research, and competitor analysis.
  • Proficient in managing multiple complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Analytical and logical thinking skills with a focus on data-driven approaches to product development and decision-making.
