JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
4 to 8 years of experience in Product Engineering, ideally in the semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing sector.
Robust understanding of product lifecycle management, product sustainment, manufacturing support, and test & measurement systems.
Experience in design validation, product qualification, and enhancing existing products through continuous improvement.
Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple sustaining products while meeting yield, quality, and reliability objectives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to interpret test data, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with cross-functional teams and the preparation of clear technical documentation.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with automated testing systems and test development environments.
Familiarity with NI/Emerson products, tools, platforms, and methodologies.
Understanding of quality, reliability, and statistical engineering practices.
Experience in project management and leading technical initiatives across multiple functions.
Knowledge of RF theory, RF testing, debugging, and applications.
Proficiency in Power BI, data analytics, and automation tools/programming.
Experience in mentoring or coaching junior engineers.
