Exciting Career Opportunity
- Adecco is collaborating with a leading US technology multinational corporation to find a Senior Full Stack Developer.
- This is a Senior Software Engineer position centered on developing and integrating scalable applications, with a strong emphasis on backend/OOP development, system architecture, and providing technical leadership. Experience with frontend technologies such as React/Next.js is a plus.
- The role will commence as a contract position.
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years of practical software development experience in large-scale or complex environments.
Extensive backend development expertise using an object-oriented programming language.
Python is preferred, but strong proficiency in Java, Go, Kotlin, PHP, Node.js, or comparable technologies is acceptable.
Demonstrated experience in developing and launching new applications/systems, rather than focusing solely on maintaining existing systems.
Experience in designing and constructing scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects, features, or technical components.
Experience in leading significant technical initiatives and projects.
Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and REST APIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with code reviews, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ensuring production reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of GraphQL, Redis, RDBMS/SQL databases, responsive UI development, CSS animations, and UI/UX tools such as Zeplin or Abstract would be beneficial.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, tracking, and data analytics is a plus.
Role Responsibilities
Create new internal applications that enhance team workflows and productivity.
Integrate existing internal systems and tools to allow information to be consolidated and accessed efficiently.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Infrastructure teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Develop backend services and scalable applications that cater to complex business needs.
Enhance frontend interfaces as necessary, utilizing technologies like React or Next.js.
Architect and design scalable systems, emphasizing performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Identify and troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
Enhance code quality through code reviews, testing, monitoring, and production rollouts.
Identify and mitigate technical debt while improving existing systems.
Assume end-to-end ownership of applications, features, or technical components.
Lead major technical initiatives and projects across various teams.
Utilize data and technical analysis to identify issues, determine root causes, and formulate solutions.
Engage with a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
