Senior Consultant/Consultant – Program Manager

Position Overview:

You will cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders, from frontline users to senior executives at the CXO level.
• Our consultants combine deep domain knowledge with robust expertise in program execution, value governance, change management, strategy, and delivery, focusing on leading Consulting and Industry Solutions to foster alliance-based business growth while executing projects involving emerging technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead intricate engagements for companies of varying sizes globally.
• Engage in project management initiatives with an emphasis on digital offerings, digital transformation roadmaps, and digital innovation methodologies.
• Oversee projects related to transformation management offices and Agile work methodologies.
• Promote a customer-centric culture by leveraging digital opportunities and guiding clients through an innovative journey from ideation to commercialization.
• Assist businesses in innovating for future industry demands to enhance profitability and performance while addressing complex industry and market challenges.
• Manage a portfolio of projects within a designated program or client relationship.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and business analysts to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Develop and uphold project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and clients.
• Optimize project resources and ensure their efficient utilization.
• Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders.
• Support the adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices.

Technical Qualifications:

• Expertise in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools such as Jira, Clarizen, Clarity, ChangePoint, and Planview.
• PMP, ACP, and CSM certifications are required.
• Strong thought leadership in emerging technologies, particularly within digital channels.
• Extensive project management experience in Agile methodologies, having served as Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master within SAFe projects, and contributed to building Agile transformation programs in client IT organizations.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a commitment to mentoring junior consultants.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across client teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in top-tier consulting following an MBA, preferably specializing in Project Management, Program Management, or PMO Transformation Realization Office within the banking and financial sector.
• An MBA from a prestigious institution is required.
• Experience in management consulting, ideally with major consulting firms or equivalent IT-enabled services organizations.
• A proven track record of participating in at least 4 large-scale business transformation or technology-driven transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and execute complex programs efficiently, delivering measurable outcomes and achieving high client satisfaction.
• Fluency in the local language and a successful history of client relationship management in the hiring location.
• Experience in high-value projects that require significant interaction with CXOs and upper management, along with established relationships with local banks and financial institutions, and sales experience in the local market.
• Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Risk Breakdown Structures (RBS) to ensure clarity in projects, task distribution, and risk identification.
• Proven ability to implement and lead process-oriented delivery methodologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and structured project execution.
