In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will spearhead efforts to deliver exceptional and value-driven consulting solutions to clients, guiding them through various phases from problem identification to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
You will evaluate proposals crafted by consultants, offering guidance and analyzing the solutions devised for client business challenges to pinpoint any possible risks and concerns.
Your responsibilities will include identifying change management needs and proposing a structured strategy to assist clients in managing change through diverse communication channels.
You will also mentor your team, create a shared vision, provide specialized training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members through constructive feedback and recognition of outstanding performance.
Your contributions will be vital in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to clients while adhering to the organization's guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

Minimum of 9 years of pertinent experience with strong analytical skills, including experience in Implementation and Support projects.
Extensive knowledge in the following areas:
Master Data Functional Location, Equipment Master, Class Characteristics, Work center, Task List Revision, Measuring Points, etc.
Notification Management, Configuration and Process Flow, and Integration with Maintenance Order.
Preventive Maintenance, Single Cycle Plan, Strategy-Based Maintenance Plan, Task List, Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameter, Maintenance Strategy, and Deadline Monitoring.
Maintenance Order Management, Breakdown Maintenance Process, Corrective Maintenance Process, and Calibration Maintenance.
Experience with Status Management in Notification and Maintenance Order.
Experience in SAP PM integration with third-party tools.
Proficient in writing Functional Specifications (FS), coordinating with the ABAP team, and testing new functionalities or enhancements.

Capability to formulate value-generating strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, accelerate growth, and enhance business profitability.
Solid understanding of software configuration management systems.
Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective collaboration skills.
Insight into financial processes for various project types and available pricing models.
Ability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technological solutions.
Knowledge of one or two industry domains.
Excellent client interfacing skills.
Competence in project and team management.
