• In the role of Business Integration Professional, you will lead or collaborate with teams of consultants to define, design, build, test, and deploy ERP-enabled business solutions and processes.
• Your responsibilities will include engaging with senior customer stakeholders to articulate and achieve their strategic process vision.
• You will also play a key role in proposal preparation and contribute to branding, thought leadership, knowledge management, and capability enhancement, ensuring high-quality and value-driven consulting solutions that address the evolving needs of the global market.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Consulting Delivery: Responsible for providing world-class practices and processes to our clients.
• Engage with middle and senior-level client personnel to devise business implementation strategies, develop project plans, and resolve specific challenges that may arise during engagements.
• Design exceptional business and technical solutions that facilitate best practice implementations.
• Assume project roles and responsibilities throughout engagements, including:
• Leading business process design workshops, gathering requirements, sharing process best practices, and documenting process solutions, including essential elements like process controls.
• Contributing to the overall solution architecture design, such as determining which processes will reside in specific applications and identifying master repositories for data objects.
• Offering process design expertise in evaluating and recommending design solutions and alternatives.
• Providing insights on design and integration challenges based on knowledge, past implementation experience, and best practices.
• Evaluating the business implications of specific process design solutions.
• Ensuring comprehensive end-to-end process design for practical integrated business solutions.
• Confirming that solution designs align with corporate business strategies and vision.
• Validating process designs and communicating potential challenges and obstacles.
• Business Development: Cultivating strong relationships with clients, participating in business development initiatives, and generating additional business for the practice and the firm.
• Collaborating with pursuit teams to create proposals and present comprehensive solutions during oral presentations for ERP and other applications within the client framework, driving business transformation.
• Relevant end-to-end solutions will typically be facilitated by SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP ecosystems.
• Providing specific domain expertise to support proposed solutions, typically in one or more of the following key areas:

Technical Qualifications:

• A strong executive presence accompanied by exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
• Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the field as a substitute for each year of education.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience managing these responsibilities within leading consulting firms or large global organizations.
• A robust understanding of relevant process domains, including process decomposition best practices and process controls.
• Proficiency in leading process design discussions and workshops with senior client stakeholders across various applications in the client environment.
• Willingness to travel to multiple local, state, and international client locations as needed.
• Adept at working within a cross-cultural team, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones when necessary.
