Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities
• Design develop and maintain ETL workflows using IBM InfoSphere DataStage to support enterprise data integration needs
• Build and enhance DataStage jobs sequences and reusable components aligned to best practices and project standards
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction transformation validation and reconciliation activities
• Perform source to target mapping implementation and ensure accurate transformation logic across ETL processes
• Troubleshoot job failures analyze logs resolve data issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
• Support deployments across environments and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth releases and minimal downtime
• Create and maintain technical documentation including job design specs runbooks and operational procedures
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements estimate effort and provide regular status updates on deliverables
• Minimum Qualifications
• Education BTECH MTECH MCA MSC or equivalent
• 3 5 years of experience in ETL development with strong hands on expertise in IBM InfoSphere DataStage
• Solid understanding of ETL concepts data transformations and end to end pipeline execution
• Strong working knowledge of SQL including joins aggregations subqueries and performance tuning basics
• Experience in debugging ETL jobs handling data quality checks and supporting production issues

Technical Requirements:

• Data warehousing Performance tuning Unix Linux Shell scripting Job scheduling tools

Additional Responsibilities:

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience optimizing DataStage jobs for performance parallelism partitioning tuning stages and efficient design patterns
• Exposure to data warehousing concepts dimensional modeling basics and batch processing best practices
• Familiarity with scheduling automation and operational monitoring for ETL workflows
• Experience working in Agile teams with strong collaboration communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to improve standards through reusable frameworks documentation and proactive reliability enhancements
