Senior Application Specialist (Signal Monitoring & RF Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and application assistance for RF/signal monitoring, spectrum analysis, and direction-finding products.
• Serve as a technical expert in areas such as signal intelligence, electronic intelligence, drone detection, GNSS resilience, and AI/ML-driven waveform classification.
• Collaborate with both regional and global sales teams to uncover customer needs, comprehend technical specifications, design appropriate solutions, and support the sales process until finalization.
• Interact with customers and key stakeholders to grasp their operational challenges and convert them into feasible technical solutions.
• Assist in the identification of new business opportunities while nurturing robust relationships with significant and strategic accounts.
• Work alongside technical specialists and internal teams to create customer presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
• Travel both regionally and internationally to support customer interactions, business development initiatives, and project obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in one or more of the following domains: Spectrum monitoring / management, Direction finding, Electronic warfare, Public safety / mission-critical communications, GNSS, Satellite communications.
• Solid application expertise in one or more of the following areas: RF / Microwave technologies, Spectrum analysis, RF signal generation, Signal monitoring, Software-defined radio (SDR), Radar.
• Proven experience collaborating with strategic customers and large accounts, preferably in a technical consulting, applications, solutions, or business development role.
• Exceptional customer-facing and communication abilities, with a knack for comprehending intricate technical requirements and crafting suitable solutions.
• Readiness to travel over 30%, including regional and international customer interactions.

Desirable Experience

• Comprehensive understanding of the complete communications and spectrum management ecosystem, from the physical/RF layer to demodulation and protocol layers.
• Familiarity with wireless and communications technologies such as 4G/LTE, 5G NR, Wi-Fi, public safety radio, satellite communications, and GNSS.
• Knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, software-defined networking (SDN), VPN, and cellular-based WAN technologies.
• Experience with AI/ML applications in signal or waveform classification is a plus.
