Construction Manager

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take charge of and streamline daily construction activities. This position demands exceptional leadership abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure successful project outcomes and adherence to all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities at construction sites, coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Oversee the construction phase by assisting with the preparation and approval of contractual documents.
• Determine project construction needs based on size, scope, and schedule while adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Evaluate progress reports concerning contractual obligations, effectively managing time, costs, and quality.
• Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, documenting incidents as required.
• Validate technical documentation for project handover, ensuring compliance with regulatory and maintenance specifications.
• Perform regular inspections to confirm compliance with applicable regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Promote continuous improvement by evaluating new developments and implementing effective risk management strategies.

Qualifications

• Recognized Diploma or Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant hands-on experience, including at least 5 years in Building Projects and Construction Management.
• Certification in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to lead and inspire diverse teams.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, showcasing a positive work ethic and attention to detail.
