Asset Management Analyst - Assistant Director

Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Analyst for Asset Management at the Assistant Director level to lead the strategic oversight of a variety of portfolio companies. This position presents a thrilling chance to improve corporate governance and enhance investment outcomes.

Key Duties

• Engage with a dedicated team to oversee portfolio companies in the capacity of an external director or a comparable position.
• Create and execute detailed business plans focused on optimizing investment performance.
• Present business plans and results to the Investment Committee and other pertinent stakeholders.
• Fortify internal controls and enhance corporate governance structures.
• Refine financial and operational systems to ensure precise financial reporting.
• Supervise the formation and operation of the board of directors and the management hierarchy.
• Collaborate with the team to facilitate exits and strategic transfers to investors.
• Discover and source new investment opportunities by leveraging networks and insights from asset management.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Business, Finance, or a similar discipline.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.
• A strong grasp of M&A processes, business enhancement, and portfolio management.
• Proven effectiveness in managing governance and operational responsibilities.
