SEEBURGER BIS Integration Specialist

We are looking for a talented SEEBURGER BIS Integration Specialist who possesses 7-8 years of expertise in EDI, business integration, and API management. The successful applicant will have practical experience with the SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite (BIS), front-end configuration, message tracking, and Development Studio. Additionally, proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders in a bilingual setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide active support for production operations and monitoring within the framework of SEEBURGER Remote Services.
• Configure, deploy, and manage SEEBURGER BIS solutions for efficient data integration.
• Possess knowledge of mapping/converter (any-to-any file format) using BICMD or comparable tools (IBM Sterling Integrator, Axway, etc.).
• Oversee Trading Partner Onboarding and communication setups (AS2, FTP, sFTP, HTTPS, OFTP, JMS, Idoc, etc.).
• Work with diverse file formats including X12, EDIFACT, JSON, XML, cXML, fixed-length industry-specific transactions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot message tracking to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Develop and tailor integration solutions utilizing SEEBURGER Development Studio.
• Use BICMD for command-line operations and automation (additional advantage).
• Execute certificate generation, password encryption settings, PGP encryption, SSH key setup, and multitier password policy configuration (additional advantage).
• Assist in resolving production issues and conducting root cause analysis, including log reviews and user activity analysis.
• Collect user feedback on system accuracy, efficiency, and functionality.
• Knowledge of Trading Partner Management (TPM) (additional advantage).
• Familiarity with B2B and Monitoring solutions (additional advantage).
• Regularly evaluate systems for optimization and improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot data quality and connectivity issues.
• Exhibit strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and contribute to team efforts.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers in both Mandarin and English.
