• Conduct daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Advocate for Agile practices and ensure compliance with industry standards within the team.
• Eliminate barriers that impede the team's ability to deliver results.
• Engage with stakeholders to establish project objectives and deliverables.
• Track and report on project status to guarantee on-time completion.
• Cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Assist the team in identifying and executing process enhancements.

The Successful Applicant
