SAP PS CONSULTANT

Key Responsibilities:

• A typical day for an Infoscion
• In your role with the Infosys consulting team, you will focus on identifying core customer challenges, diagnosing problem areas, devising innovative solutions, and facilitating implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document and contribute to solution design based on your areas of expertise, thereby developing a comprehensive proposal.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring products according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in clarifying any inquiries concerning requirements and solution design.
• You will lead solution product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budget constraints while adhering to the organization’s financial policies.
• Take the initiative to lead small-scale projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational objectives focused on delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including participation in at least two complete end-to-end SAP PS implementations.
• Experience with various enterprise processes such as Engineer to Order (ETO), Make to Stock (MTS), Make to Order (MTO), and Capital Project and Investment Management using SAP PS is essential.
• Proficient in PS IMG customization across areas like Project Profile, Network and Activity-related profiles, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, Settlement, and Result Analysis (RA).
• Experience in project-related procurement processes, resource-related billing, and the integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules, including PP, PM, MM, FICO, HCM, and SD.
• Familiarity with PS MRS integration, PS CATS integration, PS SRM integration, PS PPM integration, SAP Project, PS PM integration, and SAP BI and BPC integration is advantageous.
• Experience in preparing functional documents and specifications for ABAP objects, as well as guiding the technical team in the development of these objects.
