Java Spring Boot Technology Lead

We are seeking a skilled Java Spring Boot Technology Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java applications leveraging Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven capacity to mentor team members while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and implement Java applications utilizing Spring Boot and Microservices frameworks.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Create scalable, reliable, and high-performance software applications.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews to enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering technical growth and collaborative teamwork.
• Adopt Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous process improvements within the development lifecycle.
• Support deployment and implementation processes through the use of appropriate tools and technologies.

Required Technical Skills

• Extensive experience in Java application development.
• Practical experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Hibernate ORM and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Jenkins and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of scalable application design principles and deployment strategies.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, BCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or MSc.
