Developer/Programmer

Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to become a vital part of our organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Process Owners to gather requirements and effectively relay information to leadership teams. This position includes leading process evaluations, creating and implementing automation solutions, and ensuring that delivery is aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with SMEs and Process Owners to collect requirements and communicate effectively with leadership teams.
• Partner with Business SMEs and Testing teams to ensure seamless delivery in accordance with business requirements.
• Facilitate process evaluations and lead User Acceptance Testing sessions.
• Design and develop automation solutions using UiPath for various processes.
• Optimize code and identify potential bugs and issues.
• Draft documentation such as Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD), along with other technical documents.
• Engage in database design with normalization practices.
• Contribute to the deployment program by creating reusable module diagrams and packaging solutions.
• Follow Intelligent Automation-specific coding standards and best practices.
• Develop RPA solutions and support AI/ML-driven initiatives.
• Evaluate the technical and functional viability of new automation opportunities.
• Work on testing procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
• Implement change requests while adhering to a structured change control process.
• Oversee and troubleshoot daily issues in RPA processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs for feasibility assessments.
• Participate in meetings focused on process development and solution identification.

• Able to tackle complex challenges within the UiPath environment.
• Possess an agile mindset and be a collaborative team player.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
• At least 2 years of practical experience with OCR/ICR tools (Intelligent Document Extraction).
• 5 years of practical experience in Microsoft .Net development using C#, as well as RDBMS (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB), and PL/SQL.
• Proficient in documentation, process redesign, and mapping.
• Experience with Entity Framework and .NET technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP BAPIs is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and utilizing SOAP/REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
• Experience throughout the RPA Lifecycle (Define, Develop, Deploy) for recognized automation opportunities.
• Experience in supporting RPA bots in production and delivering long-term, precise fixes.
• Able to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adept at resolving technical issues related to RPA bots.
• Open to working in 24/7 shifts.

• Preferred qualifications include relevant degrees and certifications in computer science, software engineering, or related disciplines.
