QA/Automation Engineer

Overview
We are in search of a talented individual to create, develop, and sustain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code. This position entails crafting and executing software platforms utilizing Microservices Architecture on AWS and Azure, integrating various data storage solutions, and ensuring seamless connectivity with different monitoring backends. The successful candidate will be adept at identifying bottlenecks and bugs, developing solutions, maintaining code quality, and engaging in initial product demonstrations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and sustain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Design and execute software platforms using Microservices Architecture on AWS and Azure.
• Integrate various data storage solutions, including databases, key-value stores, and notification queues.
• Ensure integration with multiple monitoring backends.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, and formulate effective solutions.
• Assist in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation processes.
• Engage in early product demonstrations for clients.

• Proven experience with Python and popular libraries/frameworks such as Flask, Django, and Pandas.
• Strong understanding of utilizing Lambda/Functions in Python.
• Expertise in testing frameworks like PyTest.
• Basic knowledge of creating private PIP packages.
• Thorough understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful principles.
• Capability to write clean, maintainable Python code.
• Experience in integrating multiple data sources and databases into a cohesive system.
• Knowledge of monitoring metrics such as CPU, Memory, Disk Space, Network latency, and telemetry services.
• Familiarity with fundamental design principles for scalable applications.
• Understanding of RDBMS databases.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MS SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure services including Functions, Web APP, EventHub, and API Management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, and SNS is a plus.
• Proficient in using GitHub.
• Experience with IDEs such as Visual Studio Code.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment is beneficial.

• Proficiency in .Net Framework and Core.
• Experience with Microservice Architecture and Docker Containers.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience with MySQL and SQL.
• Familiarity with Kafka Message Streams.
• Experience with Cloud Monitoring Tools.
• Experience with Automation Frameworks like Specflow.
