Job Description
Overview
This position involves the creation and modification of application codes, troubleshooting production challenges, providing business insights, and developing solutions utilizing Power BI, Power Automate, and Python. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with various teams to guarantee data integrity, reporting accuracy, automation of processes, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify codes for applications.
- Design and sustain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data models.
- Construct and enhance Power Query transformations, DAX measures, and report performance metrics.
- Create and execute automated workflows through Power Automate.
- Craft Python-based solutions for data processing, automation, and analysis tasks.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and additional enterprise systems.
- Examine, troubleshoot, and rectify data quality and production-related issues.
- Conduct data validation, root cause analysis, and necessary data corrections.
- Evaluate datasets to uncover trends, insights, and potential business opportunities.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting and automation solutions.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Operations Support, Power BI, or Power Platform development.
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
- Experience in developing workflows and integrations using Power Automate.
- Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and production support environments.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and cloud-based data sources.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
