SAP PS CONSULTANT

Key Responsibilities:

• A typical day as an Infosys consultant
• Your main responsibility as part of the Infosys consulting team will be to spearhead the engagement process, delivering high-quality and value-driven consulting solutions to clients at various stages, from defining problems to diagnosing issues, and designing, developing, and deploying solutions.
• You will assess proposals created by consultants, offer guidance, and analyze the solutions crafted for client business challenges to pinpoint potential risks and concerns.
• Your role will involve identifying change management needs and suggesting a structured strategy for clients to manage change through diverse communication methods.
• Additionally, you will mentor and establish a vision for the team, provide subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members through timely feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.
• You will play a vital role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients while adhering to company guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, alongside a minimum of 9 years of experience, including involvement in at least two complete SAP PS implementations.
• Experience with various enterprise processes such as Engineer to Order (ETO), Make to Stock (MTS), Make to Order (MTO), Capital Project, and Investment Management utilizing SAP PS is essential.
• Extensive experience in PS IMG customization in areas such as Project Profile, Network and Activity-related profiles, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, Settlement, and Result Analysis (RA) is required.
• Familiarity with project-related procurement processes, resource-related billing, and SAP PS integration with other SAP modules including PP, PM, MM, FICO, HCM, and SD is necessary.
• Knowledge of PS MRS integration, PS CATS integration, PS SRM integration, PS PPM integration, and SAP BI and BPC integration is advantageous.
• Experience in preparing functional documentation and specifications for ABAP objects, as well as guiding technical teams in development tasks, is required.
