AP Accounting Assistant

Position Overview
This role involves accurately processing invoices and managing invoice rejections. The incumbent will support the India Retail team by facilitating the delivery of milk supplies directly to dark stores as part of the Client Now business model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure precise and timely processing of invoices.
• Maintain meticulous financial records for all transactions.
• Handle and resolve invoice rejections efficiently.

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
• Typing speed of 25-30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
