Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate with experience in international voice and chat support, preferably in financial services, payments, or other regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to payments, billing, transactions, credit cards, and account-related issues through voice and chat.
• Resolve customer concerns, including complex and escalated cases.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance targets.
• Handle multiple customer queries efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Use AI-powered support tools, chatbots, or AI copilots to assist with customer interactions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of international voice and chat support experience.
• Hands-on experience with payment, billing, transaction, or financial account-related queries.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Crypto is preferred.
• Basic exposure to AI-powered customer support tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to meet targets such as CSAT, QA, First Contact Resolution (FCR), and turnaround time.

Note: Candidates with strong financial services or payment support experience will also be considered. Crypto industry experience is an added advantage.
