Industry experience : Finance, Insurance / Fintech

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, and accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM/ticketing tools.
• Meet SLA, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required.
