Customer Support

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of international customer support experience

Hands-on experience in International Voice Support

Strong English communication and customer-handling skills

Basic awareness of AI tools, chatbots, or AI copilots

Experience handling customer queries across multiple channels

Domain experience in Banking, FinTech, Insurance, Financial Services, or Crypto is important

Graduation is mandatory

Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 1-week notice period
