SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• As a member of the Infosys project management team, your main responsibility will be to oversee the complete lifecycle of a project, ensuring accountability for the outcomes
• You will spearhead proposal development, assess project estimations, and gather insights from key stakeholders to strategically position Infosys for successful engagements
• Regularly schedule tasks, monitor progress, and report on project status to effectively manage risks and ensure seamless project delivery and execution
• You will also mentor your team, develop a compelling vision, deliver subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members through timely feedback and recognition for outstanding performance
• Your contributions will help establish thought leadership in your technology specialization while adhering to the guidelines, policies, and standards of Infosys

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP Project Management, holding certifications in Scrum Master and Agile methodologies
• Lead comprehensive SAP project implementations, migrations, and upgrades across various modules, including ECC and S/4HANA
• Define and oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with strategic business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective project execution
• Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement using tools like JIRA or SAP Solution Manager
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution and project continuity
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and audit requirements through structured testing and thorough documentation

Additional Responsibilities:

• Fundamentals of Project Management
• Project Lifecycles, including development and maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, and quality processes
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages and understanding of architectural frameworks and design principles, along with the ability to manage technology performance engineering
• Basic domain knowledge to comprehend business requirements and functionality
• Skills in project planning and scheduling, managing tasks, and coordinating project resources to achieve objectives and deadlines
• Collaborate with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and develop project charters
• A solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies is essential
• Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and collaboration skills
