SAP MDG Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role as a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will focus on identifying customer challenges, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating their implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing insights to solution design based on your expertise.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in addressing any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will lead solution product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and estimate efforts that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to the organization’s financial standards.
• Take charge of small projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, aiming to deliver high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Core skills: Technology SAP Functional SAP MDG
• The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in SAP MDG projects, specifically in executing MDG Configurations and Customizations in areas such as Data Modeling, UI Modeling, Process Modeling, Data Replication Framework, Key Mapping rules, and derivations BRF.
• Expertise in SAP MDG configurations and replication configurations, along with a solid understanding of MDG workflows and ERP tables.
• Experience in full life cycle implementations, including blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers, and go-live phases.
• Possess technical knowledge and hands-on experience in customizing MDG workflows, Floor Plan Manager, WDABAP, and development in BADI ABAP.
• Familiarity with WDABAP framework-based customizations and OOPs programming in SAP MDG, including FPM and UI customizations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to successfully complete SAP MDG implementations for Material, Customer, Supplier, and FI objects.

• Ability to evaluate existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology solutions.
