SAP Project Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

As an experienced Project Manager specializing in SAP HANA, you will oversee SAP HANA implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring the successful deployment of SAP HANA solutions that align with business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and collaborate with vendors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the specified quality standards.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop and Execute Project Plans: Formulate and implement project plans, manage resource allocation, and oversee budget management to guarantee successful project delivery. This includes tracking project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct and synchronize cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT personnel, and business stakeholders to promote effective collaboration and project execution.
• Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project execution and quality assurance.
• Ensure Quality Assurance: Guarantee quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions to fulfill business objectives and meet customer requirements.
• Communicate Project Progress: Provide updates on project progress, issues, and modifications to stakeholders to maintain transparency and effective project oversight.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Deep Expertise in SAP HANA Implementation: Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP HANA implementation projects, coupled with a solid understanding of SAP HANA products and project management methodologies.
• Experience with Cross-Functional Team Management: Proven track record of leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Strong Project Planning and Execution Skills: Proficient in developing and executing project plans, managing resources, and overseeing budget management, with a focus on achieving successful project outcomes.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure effective project delivery and quality assurance.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Experience in conducting quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions to align with business objectives and customer expectations.

• SAP HANA Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SAP HANA products, including their features, functionalities, and best practices for implementation. Familiarity with SAP HANA product roadmaps and release cycles is advantageous.
• Agile Project Methodologies: Knowledge of agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with experience applying these methods to SAP HANA implementation projects.
• IT Service Management: Insight into IT service management frameworks like ITIL, with practical experience applying these frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP HANA solutions and services.
