SAP FSM Consultant

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a skilled SAP FSM Consultant who possesses extensive knowledge in the deployment and maintenance of SAP Field Service Management solutions.
• The preferred candidate will demonstrate practical experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating SAP FSM with backend ERP systems such as S/4 HANA and ECC.

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain SAP FSM solutions throughout comprehensive project lifecycles.
• Configure, customize, and validate FSM scenarios in alignment with client specifications.
• Detect gaps and issues, propose effective workarounds, and prepare RICEFW documentation, functional and technical designs, as well as test cases.
• Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and presentations for clients.
• Carry out SAP FSM system setup and administrative functions.
• Configure FSM features, including Resource Planner, Scheduling, Dispatching, Service Fulfillment, Time Material Journal approval, Smart Forms, and Business Rules.
• Oversee Crowd Service and essential services such as Auto Scheduling policies.
• Integrate SAP FSM with ERP systems utilizing SAP FSM Connector and SAP CPI; design groovy scripts for CPI.
• Create custom reports using Jaspersoft and manage custom developments and data replication tasks.
• Support various project phases including Requirement Gathering, Business Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Training, Hypercare, and Enhancements.

Technical Skills Required:

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in SAP FSM implementation, including involvement in at least one full lifecycle project.
• Expertise in the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP FSM.
• Experience with SAP CPI groovy scripting and Jaspersoft reporting tools.
• Familiarity with SAP CRM C4C Service module and SAP S/4 HANA Service Customer Service modules is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SSAM (SAP Service and Asset Manager) is a plus.
• SAP FSM certification is preferred.
