Job Overview:

• The IT Product Analyst for Procure to Pay (P2P) is tasked with enhancing and delivering digital solutions for the comprehensive P2P process.
• This position guarantees optimal performance and ongoing improvement of procurement and accounts payable systems, with a significant emphasis on the SAP ECC S4 and Coupa platforms.
• This individual will serve as a crucial liaison between Business Procurement, Finance Operations, and IT, ensuring that system capabilities are in sync with business requirements while promoting efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

• Product Service Management
• Oversee and prioritize the P2P product backlog according to business needs.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and continuous enhancement of P2P solutions.
• Assist in the management of product lifecycle activities, including enhancements, releases, and decommissioning.
• Encourage the adoption of standardized global solutions across various markets.
• Business Collaboration
• Act as the main IT point of contact for Procurement and Finance stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications.
• Challenge and standardize processes across different entities.
• Application Support Operations
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management within the ITSM framework.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain service quality.
• Coordinate support efforts with internal teams and external partners.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation (e.g., invoice processing approvals).
• Support digital transformation efforts within P2P.
• Promote data quality and process standardization.
• Project Execution
• Assist in the delivery of P2P-related projects and enhancements.
• Participate in testing phases (SIT, UAT).
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer.

Technical Qualifications:

• Essential Skills
• Proven experience in a product-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated success in IT project discovery and delivery within cross-functional project settings using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with business units on new IT solution designs, including market technology research.
• Strong comprehension of P2P processes and data.
• Proactive, accountable, adaptable to change, and able to think creatively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to maintain a clear understanding among key stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Additional Qualifications:

• Preferred 10 years of relevant experience, with
• a
• 3-5 years in Product Analysis or Business Analysis roles.

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP MM, FI, or Coupa.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Order to Invoice business processes.
• Experience working within a Global FMCG company.
