Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a seasoned AI Engineer, specifically a GenAI Engineer or Agentic AI Developer, who possesses 9 years of hands-on experience in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level AI solutions.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), along with proficiency in cloud-native technologies.
- This position entails creating intelligent AI agents, copilots, and automation solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise platforms, business applications, and SAP ecosystems, all while adhering to Responsible AI principles and governance standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop AI-driven applications, AI agents, and copilots across SAP and various enterprise platforms.
- Design and execute RAG architectures, vector search functionalities, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Construct scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices utilizing contemporary software development methodologies.
- Integrate AI solutions with SAP systems, ERP data sources, and enterprise business applications.
- Ensure the security, scalability, observability, performance, and production readiness of AI solutions.
- Engage with business stakeholders, product teams, and architects to deliver comprehensive AI use cases.
- Implement responsible AI practices, governance controls, and compliance standards.
Technical Qualifications:
- Strong command of Python programming.
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or Java.
- Extensive experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.
- Experience in Agentic AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Function Calling.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Vector Databases, including Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Qdrant, or SAP HANA Cloud.
- Exposure to Cloud DevOps tools such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Microservices, Enterprise Integrations, and preferably SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Hands-on experience in AI Agent Development utilizing MCP Servers, A2A Protocols, and SAP Integration Suite or comparable platforms.
- Solid understanding of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and AI Security Compliance.
Additional Qualifications:
- Candidates with experience in SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, SAP Business AI, Joule Studio, SAP Build Code, CAP (Cloud Application Programming) Model, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP HANA Cloud will be given preference.
- However, these skills are not mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will have a background as an AI Engineer, GenAI Engineer, Agentic AI Developer, Full Stack AI Engineer, or SAP BTP AI Developer, with a strong enthusiasm for developing enterprise-grade AI solutions and intelligent automation capabilities.
