Job Summary

We’re seeking an expert, detail-driven Senior Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset. In this key role, you’ll use advanced SQL and data visualization capabilities to convert raw data into actionable insights that enable strategic decision-making. A thorough understanding of business operations is essential.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & SQL Proficiency Collect and clean datasets, analyze trends, translate business requirements into data solutions, perform root cause analysis, optimize complex SQL queries, and support the setup of data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Cross-functional Collaboration Work with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions and present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Visualization & Reporting Build interactive dashboards (e.g. Looker) and clearly communicate results using visualizations and data storytelling.

Bachelors/Masters in Data Science Statistics Maths Computer Science or related field.

6+ years in Data Analytics.

Advanced SQL and relational database proficiency.

Excellent analytical problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience with large datasets and cloud platforms (GCP AWS Azure) a plus.

Strong experience with data visualization/dashboarding tools (e.g. Looker) is an added advantage.

• Experience in Payments Domain is an added advantage.
