Key Responsibilities:
- Experience a typical day as an Infoscion.
- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, design creative solutions, and facilitate implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
- You will take ownership of specific sections of the proposal document, contributing your expertise to solution design.
- Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, adjusting the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting with any questions related to requirements and solution design.
- You will lead solution product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that meet customer budget constraints while adhering to the organization's financial policies.
- You will take initiative in managing small projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in SAP EHSM Incident Management and SAP Product Safety and Stewardship Management is essential, with familiarity with HANA being a notable advantage.
- Candidates should have a robust understanding of Industry Product Compliance processes and their integration with logistics modules.
- Demonstrated end-to-end process knowledge and implementation experience in Regulatory Content Management, including REACH, RoHS, China RoHS, and Product Compliance Management, is required.
- Experience in Product Safety Compliance Management, compliance check processes, Campaign Management, BOMBOS, and custom compliance solutions is necessary.
- Proficiency in standard and custom compliance reports is expected, along with the ability to deliver standard solutions effectively.
- A strong understanding of HANA platforms is a must.
- Hands-on experience with integrating various SAP or non-SAP systems, as well as a deep understanding of SAP EHSM solutions on HANA 1709, is vital.

- A good grasp of financial processes associated with various project types and the available pricing models is necessary.
- Ability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Knowledge of one or two industry domains is preferred.
- Strong client interfacing abilities are required.
- Experience in project and team management is necessary.
