Employment Type: Contract for 12 months, with the possibility of permanency contingent upon performance
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Near Mid Valley, Malaysia
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with over 15 years of professional experience to support business operations and assist end users. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in SAP FICO and possess the ability to troubleshoot basic issues in SAP SD and SAP MM. Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of module integration, system enhancements, and production support within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver functional support for SAP FICO modules to ensure seamless business processes.
- Identify and resolve SAP FICO issues, providing basic support for SAP SD and SAP MM modules.
- Assist end users by analyzing and resolving functional incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose system improvements.
- Manage integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, specifically SD and MM.
- Support SAP system enhancements, configuration adjustments, and testing procedures.
- Coordinate with technical teams during issue resolution and when implementing system enhancements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and ensure prompt resolution of production issues.
- Develop functional documentation, test cases, and user guides to facilitate system understanding and training.
- Maintain system stability and ensure compliance with business processes and standards.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO functional consulting experience
- Expertise in SAP FI and CO modules
- Fundamental functional understanding of SAP SD and SAP MM modules
- Proven experience with SAP module integration
- Experience in SAP system enhancements and providing ongoing production support
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
