SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 15+ years of experience to help support business operations and end users. The successful candidate must have strong SAP FICO expertise and be able to address basic issues in SAP SD and SAP MM. The role requires solid understanding of module integration, enhancements, and production support experience in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver functional support for SAP FICO modules to maintain smooth business operations.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP FICO problems while providing basic support for SAP SD and SAP MM.

Assist end users by reviewing and resolving functional incidents and service requests.

Partner with business users to collect requirements and suggest system improvements.

Handle integration activities between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, especially SD and MM.

Support SAP enhancements, configuration updates, and related testing.

Coordinate with technical teams to support issue resolution and enhancement implementation.

Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of production issues.

Develop functional documentation, test cases, and user guides.

Maintain system stability and ensure alignment with business process requirements.

Mandatory Skills

7+ years of SAP FICO functional consulting experience.

Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules.

Basic functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM.

Experience with SAP module integration.

Experience in SAP enhancements and production support.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
