Salesforce Technical Development Manager

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Development Manager for a leading enterprise environment in Bangalore (Hybrid).

This position is well-suited for an experienced technology leader with deep technical expertise, hands-on Salesforce capability, and the ability to manage end-to-end delivery across complex application landscapes.

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 WFO / 2 WFH)

Experience: 10+ years relevant

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for application teams, primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Lead technical architects, engineers, and delivery teams
• Ensure delivery excellence across quality, timelines, and execution
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams
• Review and validate technical solutions, challenging design decisions when necessary
• Promote best practices in coding, DevOps, release management, security, and scalability
• Enable team productivity through coaching, engagement, and performance support

What we're looking for:

• Strong technical foundation with a development/engineering background
• Proven experience managing technical teams and overseeing delivery
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, and related technologies
• Ability to participate in architecture discussions and validate technical solutions
• Experience delivering complex applications in multi-faceted environments
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership capabilities
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, and Agile delivery is a plus
