We are on the lookout for an experienced Salesforce Development and QA professional to become a vital member of our team in India. The perfect candidate will possess extensive expertise in developing and testing Salesforce applications, ensuring that they align with the requirements of our business and users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and tailor Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Perform comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications to confirm that functionality and performance align with business expectations.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect and evaluate business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Apply and uphold Salesforce best practices to improve system performance and user satisfaction.
• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both functional and regression testing.
• Document and communicate defects, ensuring they are tracked to resolution for the delivery of high-quality software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6-13 years of proven experience in Salesforce development and quality assurance.
• Expertise in Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data models.
• Experience with Salesforce integration through REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and proficiency in automated testing tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are advantageous.
