SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, your main focus will be to delve into client challenges, identify problem areas, devise innovative solutions, and oversee implementation, ensuring client satisfaction
• You will take ownership of segments of the proposal document and contribute insights for solution design based on your expertise while developing proposals
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to the design, leading conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving any inquiries related to requirements and solution design
• You will be tasked with conducting solution product demonstrations, leading Proof of Concept workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with client budgetary constraints while adhering to the organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively manage small projects and contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives with the goal of delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients

Technical Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, specifically Payroll
• Experience with a minimum of 3 complete SAP HCM Payroll implementations across all phases including requirement gathering, conducting workshops, building training, and testing
• Experience in data migration
• Proficient in Payroll Time Schemas and Rules, with experience managing payroll across multiple countries in the Americas, Europe, or APAC
• Experience configuring PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Time ESS, MSS, and FIORI Apps
• Integration experience with HCM on S/4 HANA, Workday, SuccessFactors, and other third-party systems is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership in at least 2 SAP HCM projects
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a team, as the role requires extensive interaction with all stakeholders and serves as a single point of contact
