SAP UI5/Fiori/CAPM Consultant

Primary Responsibilities:

• In your capacity as a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will take the lead in engaging with clients to deliver exceptional consulting solutions across various phases, from problem identification through diagnosis, to the design, development, and deployment of solutions.
• Your role will involve reviewing proposals created by consultants, offering guidance, and analyzing suggested solutions for client business challenges to pinpoint potential risks and concerns.
• You will assess change management needs and recommend a systematic approach to clients for effectively handling change through diverse communication strategies.
• Additionally, you will mentor and establish a vision for the team, provide specialized training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members with timely feedback and recognition to foster high performance.
• You will play a crucial role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients, while adhering to the organization’s guidelines and processes.

Technical Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Portal and Mobile application development utilizing SAP Platforms.
• Proficiency in software development programming is essential, with skills in HTML5, JavaScript, Node.js, SAPUI5, and Fiori.
• Experience in creating applications based on the SAP Cloud Platform is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with Fiori apps implementation, including configurations, is necessary.
• Capability to build custom Fiori applications and extend existing Fiori applications using SAP Cloud Platform and Eclipse.
• Experience with SAP Web IDE and various HTTP service integrations, such as REST web services, is required.
• Familiarity with Fiori design patterns, UI Theme designer, and Fiori Launchpad configurations, along with database experience in SAP or S/4 HANA, is essential.
• Ability to provide techno-functional support for SAP UI/UX functionalities, particularly SAP Fiori.
• Assist in merging front-end UI/UX components with back-end technical and application elements to fulfill business requirements.
