SAP ABAP - HR Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• As a vital member of the Infosys consulting team, your main duty will be to uncover the core issues faced by clients, diagnose problem areas, create innovative solutions, and facilitate their implementation, ultimately leading to client satisfaction.
• You will be responsible for developing proposals by taking ownership of specific sections of the proposal document and providing insights into solution design based on your expertise.
• Your role will involve planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to the design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in addressing any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will perform solution product demonstrations, POC (Proof of Concept) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to the organization's financial guidelines.
• Take the lead on small projects and actively contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an SAP HR ABAP Environment.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming concepts, BADI, Report and Module Pool Programming, LDB, and OOPs.
• Experience managing data transfer mechanisms using IDOCs and interfaces through PI.
• Basic technical knowledge in working with WDA, FPM, Workflows, Smart Forms, ADOBE, ESS, and MSS applications.
• A solid understanding of HCM functionalities to create high-quality technical specifications based on requirements.
• Strong communication skills with a willingness to mentor team members.
• Experience with UI5 and S/4 HANA will be considered an added advantage.
