 Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Coordinator with 5–8 years of experience supporting the coordination of enterprise technology initiatives, ideally within the API Management space.

The successful candidate will bring practical exposure to Kong and Apigee, a solid understanding of API lifecycle management, and proven capabilities in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and help ensure the timely delivery of secure and dependable API management solutions.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery coordination for API management projects utilizing Kong and Apigee.
• Partner with architects, developers, QA, operations, and security teams to plan and follow through on project activities.
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, scope, dependencies, and final deliverables.
• Maintain visibility into project risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring they are resolved on time.
• Facilitate project planning, review sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, trackers, RAID logs, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, refinement, and backlog management.
• Assist with SIT, UAT, integration testing, defect tracking, and release readiness.
• Coordinate API deployment and release activities with technical and support teams.
• Track project budgets, resource allocation, and delivery progress.
• Ensure compliance with API security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Provide stakeholder communications on project updates, risks, and key accomplishments.
• Enhance delivery effectiveness through lessons learned and reusable project templates.
• Enable collaboration across distributed teams within a hybrid work environment.
