Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a team of Insurance Advisors.
• Provide guidance and support to advisors in their daily activities.
• Assist advisors in achieving their sales goals.
• Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
• Aid advisors in customer meetings and policy closures.
• Organize regular meetings and field activities with advisors.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, BFSI, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, NBFC, or similar industries.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel locally for field activities.
