Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Relationship Manager to become a part of our insurance division. The selected candidate will take charge of fostering client relationships, comprehensively understanding their insurance requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that boost customer satisfaction and promote sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture robust relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assess client needs and suggest suitable insurance products and services.
• Conduct regular outreach to clients to ensure their insurance requirements are fulfilled and provide additional solutions when needed.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Meet sales objectives and support the overall expansion of the insurance portfolio.
• Stay updated on industry trends and modifications in insurance regulations.
• Work closely with underwriting and claims teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-5 years of experience in relationship management, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Capability to analyze client needs and offer customized solutions.
• Strong negotiation and sales acumen to enhance revenue growth.
• Familiarity with insurance products and services, including life, health, and general insurance.
