Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and dependable Piling Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day piling operations at construction sites. The ideal applicant should possess basic understanding of piling processes, site supervision, and ongoing construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily piling activities at the construction site.
• Coordinate with piling operators, laborers, engineers, and site management.
• Ensure piling operations are completed as per project specifications and drawings.
• Track site progress and support timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assess and confirm equipment, materials, and manpower requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily work progress reports and site documentation.
• Ensure that safety protocols are properly followed at the site.
• Spot site-related concerns and escalate them to the project engineer.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 months of experience in piling or civil construction site activities.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of piling and civil construction activities.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate site workers effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Willingness to work on construction sites.
