Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the recruitment process for our Singapore office, ensuring that each candidate has a remarkable experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing guidance throughout the hiring journey and establishing strong, strategic partnerships.
• Identify and engage exceptional talent from both local and international markets to develop a strong candidate pipeline.
• Utilize data analytics to inform hiring strategies, pinpoint inefficiencies, and enhance recruitment workflows.
• Promote our organizational culture by ensuring each new hire embodies our core values and contributes positively to our team environment.
• Assist in cross-departmental initiatives such as referral programs, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking efforts.
