Quality Supervisor

Job Description

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and coordinate a team of QA Auditors to ensure the delivery of quality products and services that align with or surpass customer expectations.
• Develop and sustain the quality management system.
• Report directly to the QA Manager.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Quality Department Auditors.
• Initiate and engage in quality enhancement initiatives across various departments.
• Support QA Engineers in evaluations and quality improvement efforts.
• Diagnose and resolve quality-related issues on the production line.
• Foster continuous improvement within the production line.
• Execute assigned projects effectively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor as needed.
• Promote continual improvement practices.
• Employ Risk-Based Thinking in the planning and execution of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, regulations, and relevant codes, among others.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates lacking direct experience may be considered by the hiring manager based on job requirements, availability of mentorship, duration of training, etc.
• Strong management and supervisory capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
