Product Operations Engineer 1 / Project Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Operations Engineer 1 / Project Coordinator to enhance our product operations and manage customer configuration initiatives. This role will facilitate collaboration among Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure timely, scoped, and quality-driven project delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor customer projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Project Management teams
• Examine customer and project documentation to ensure accurate requirement capture
• Manage project-specific part numbers, product configurations, and BOM-related tasks
• Monitor project timelines, progress, deliverables, and milestones
• Identify and assess project risks, issues, and potential delays, escalating as necessary
• Generate regular project status updates and reports
• Assist in quality assurance, validation, and issue resolution processes
• Engage in project meetings and discussions with stakeholders
• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, sales operations, or a related area
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of project management processes and methodologies
• Technical insight into PC hardware, operating systems, or deployment environments is a plus
• A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred; a Diploma with relevant experience will also be accepted
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to work a permanent night shift to accommodate North American hours
