IT Support Engineer

• Overseeing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to all associated hardware and applications, ensuring optimal performance and high availability.
• Accountable for the management of servers, networking, antivirus security, and firewall systems.
• Responsible for the administration of backup, restoration, and replication of server images.
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, while collaborating with external IT vendors as necessary.
• Providing end-user computing support for desktop PCs and business applications.
• Assisting users with support on business applications.
• Coordinating with IT vendors for the maintenance of hardware and software, as well as managing software licensing.

Essential Knowledge 

• Strong understanding of current technological trends, including LAN, WAN, Internet, Network Security, and Virtual Machine environments.
• Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting computer systems, networks, servers, and peripheral devices.
