Hardware Staff Engineer/Hardware Engineer

• Establish product architecture and develop conceptual designs and prototypes in alignment with specifications.
• Engage in the design and development of baseband analog, logic, and digital circuits tailored for wireless audio and professional audio applications.
• Execute circuit integration, produce schematics, and perform testing and optimization at both circuit and system levels.
• Ensure that design processes and documentation comply with company standards.
• Work collaboratively with a team of engineers and designers throughout all phases of product development.
• Open to international travel to assist with prototype builds, production runs, and customer evaluations.
• Participate in meetings with clients and the design team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in baseband design and development.
• Practical experience in Baseband, Audio, and Power management design and testing is essential.
• Knowledge of baseband system integration including audio, power, battery, memory, and processor components is required.
• Preferred experience in audio and wireless hardware system design.
• Proficient in material selection and generating a Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Analytical, self-reliant, highly driven, with strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Excellent teamwork capabilities, adaptability, and aptitude for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong manual dexterity and adept problem-solving skills.
• Must be proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
