Intern – Software Engineering (2 hdcts)

• Engage in the study, development, and deployment of system integration for production machinery and equipment.
• Perform database programming to facilitate data automation for production utilizing VB, MySQL, web engineering, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and visualization techniques.
• Collaborate with diverse engineering teams, manage project execution, and support production machinery.
• Participate in Lean Digital Transformation (LDT) by testing equipment connectivity through LabView to Cumulus/Microsoft Power BI using API plugins, Power Apps, Microsoft AI Builder, and Copilot.
• Implement Lean methodologies by gathering data to identify waste and drive continuous improvement (eliminating non-value adding processes).
• Create an electronic documentation archiving system to transition towards a paperless environment.
• Work alongside various teams to conduct tests that ensure data accuracy and technical integrity.
• Possess a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrate proficient oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Be a proactive and enthusiastic self-starter capable of collaborating effectively with others.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems.
• Ability to design and implement efficient production methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Experience in project management and budgeting.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills and be a good team player.
• Demonstrate excellent structured problem-solving skills.

Intern – Quality Department (1 hdct)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of buyers, engineers, and logistics for daily calibration operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers regarding equipment calibration.
• Ensure timely follow-up and updates on external laboratory accreditation.
• Organize, schedule, and oversee equipment calibration activities.
• Maintain housekeeping of equipment profiles in Cumulus (Project).
• Establish a digital version of the Incoming Inspection Form.
• Participate in MRB (Material Review Board) activities for defective part disposition.
• Possess a good understanding of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrate proficient oral, written, and presentation capabilities.
• Be a creative and enthusiastic self-starter who can take initiative and work collaboratively.
