It Support Technician

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related equivalent
• Ideally have 1 - 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of PCs, LAN, and Microsoft Office applications

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-demand IT maintenance assistance, troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve desktop PC and printer issues at user locations
• Act as the primary contact for users regarding desktop personal computing challenges
• Conduct hands-on installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software within a dynamic and high-volume user environment
• Participate in the deployment of new hardware and/or software across various users and locations, addressing issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, and email applications
• Generate and submit incident and project progress reports promptly as required
• Manage asset management and control of inventory
• Provide support for project implementations as necessary
