Banca Specialist (Penang Region)

Position Overview:

• Achieve sales targets for bancassurance offerings
• Provide sales and service to clients in alignment with internal and external policies, guidelines, and regulations
• Establish and nurture business relationships with both existing and prospective clients to enhance customer retention and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Address customer inquiries regarding branch products, services, and feedback
• Participate in and coordinate initiatives aimed at promoting Life Insurance Products offered by the Bank

• Applicants must hold at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience within Financial Institutions is required
• A candidate who enjoys networking and engaging in conversations
• Strong team player, self-driven, and capable of working independently
• Committed to going above and beyond to reach personal goals and aspirations
• Possession of PCEIA Life / CEILLI / TBE qualifications will be considered a plus.
